Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-ground tour operations and ensuring the successful delivery of services throughout the customer journey. The role requires direct coordination with guests, suppliers, drivers, guides, and hotels, proactive problem-solving, operational supervision, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction during tour execution.

Key Responsibilities:

** Oversee and manage all on-ground tour operations, ensuring services are delivered according to the confirmed itinerary and company standards.
** Serve as the primary company representative during tours, maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
** Be present in the field when required, including airport arrivals, guest meet-and-greets, tour departures, and on-site operational support.
** Monitor tour execution to ensure all services are delivered on time and according to plan.
** Coordinate closely with hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, attractions, and other suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
** Proactively identify, manage, and resolve operational issues, service disruptions, and supplier-related challenges.
** Handle last-minute itinerary changes, guest requests, and operational adjustments efficiently and professionally.
** Provide direct assistance to guests throughout their journey, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
** Maintain continuous communication with the Reservations Manager and office team to ensure alignment between booked services and on-ground execution.
** Verify that all operational details, supplier confirmations, and service arrangements are accurate and properly delivered.
** Gather guest feedback during and after tours, address concerns proactively, and encourage positive reviews and testimonials.
** Prepare operational reports and provide feedback on service quality, supplier performance, and areas for improvement.
** Ensure a high standard of customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency and company reputation.
