ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to hotel and brand standards.
** Deliver personalized and professional spa experiences tailored to guest needs and preferences.
** Consult with guests before treatments to understand concerns, recommend suitable therapies, and ensure comfort and safety.
** Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
** Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and support revenue goals.
** Ensure all treatments are performed in line with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
** Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and report concerns to the Spa Manager when needed.
** Build genuine relationships with guests by creating a calm, welcoming, and relaxing environment.
** Collaborate with the spa and wellness team to ensure seamless daily operations.
** Stay updated on spa trends, wellness practices, and treatment techniques to continuously improve service quality.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
** Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within a hotel, wellness, or luxury spa environment.
** Certification or professional training in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or wellness treatments.
** Strong knowledge of spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness therapies.
** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach.
** Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
** Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
** Fluent in Georgian and strong English.
