ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** Oversee all bar operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
** Develop and implement bar concepts, menus, and beverage programs in line with brand standards.
** Lead, train, and manage the bar team, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
** Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, inventory, and cost control to optimize profitability.
** Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
** Handle guest feedback and complaints.
** Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, and Events teams to support overall operations.
** Manage bar budgets, revenue performance, and cost efficiency.
** Ensure the bar area, equipment, and presentation meet brand and operational standards.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
** Minimum 4-6 years of bar experience, including managerial responsibilities.
** Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar trends.
** Proven leadership and team management skills.
** Experience in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
** Strong business and revenue-driven mindset.
** Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
** Fluent in Georgian and English.
