Tourism company is looking for a responsible and organized Night Shift Operations Coordinator whose main responsibility will be the operational management of tourist transfers and continuous communication with tourists, drivers, hotels, and partners.
The position is fully remote (Work From Home) and requires continuous monitoring of operations during night hours and quick response to ongoing situations.
Main Responsibilities:
** Coordination of airport transfers for tourists
** Management of incoming and outgoing calls/messages
** Communication with tourists:
** Transfer confirmation
** Providing driver information
** Communicating changes and delays
** Continuous coordination and monitoring of drivers
** Monitoring flight statuses and managing delays
** Monitoring all ongoing transfers during the night shift
** Quick response to problematic situations
** Managing communication via WhatsApp / Telegram / Mobile phone
Requirements:
** Good knowledge of the Russian language (mandatory)
** Knowledge of English language will be considered an advantage
** Strong communication skills
** Basic computer skills
** Stable internet connection and quiet working environment at home
** Ability to work during night hours
Preferred Experience:
** Experience in customer communication
** Experience working with operational systems
Working Conditions:
** Remote work (Work From Home)
** Night shift: 00:00 - 09:00
** Shift schedule: once every 3 days
** Stable salary
