Nestlé, the world`s largest food and beverage company, is looking for a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Leading BI Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting the business in the Caucasus region by providing robust reporting, analytics, and operational insights, while ensuring the continuous and quality functioning of business systems.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Key Responsibilities
** Support and develop BI systems, analytical tools, and related data integrations in line with business priorities.
** Design and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes, data warehouses, datasets, and reporting structures.
** Ensure data accuracy, integrity, system stability, and optimal performance of BI solutions.
** Develop and maintain SQL queries, reporting layers, and analytical models.
** Monitor and optimize existing analytical solutions throughout their lifecycle.
** Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI systems and users within agreed SLA timelines.
** Collaborate with business functions to identify analytical needs and support decisionmaking through data insights.
** Participate in cross-functional and innovation projects related to business analytics and data integration.
** Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
** Train and support business users and junior team members in BI tools and analytical solutions.
Requirements
** Higher education, preferably in Economics, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
** Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting automation, analytics, data warehouse support, or related areas.
** Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of SAP, OLAP systems, SQL, and Power BI is an advantage.
** Understanding of ETL processes, DWH principles, and analytical data structures.
** Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
** Ability to manage complex and non-routine tasks in a dynamic environment.
** Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
** English and Russian at Intermediate level or higher.
