About the Company:

BIM Solutions Georgia is a provider of digital technologies and BIM solutions for the AEC industry in Georgia. The company represents international software solutions and supports architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate development companies in digital transformation, BIM implementation, software selection, and workflow optimization.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships, acquiring new corporate clients, driving the full sales process, and contributing to the company`s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for:

** Identifying and approaching new corporate clients in the AEC sector, including architectural, engineering, construction, development, and infrastructure companies;
** Managing and developing long-term relationships with existing clients;
** Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact and needs assessment to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing;
** Understanding client needs and offering relevant software and service solutions;
** Preparing commercial offers, presentations, and sales documentation;
** Maintaining accurate sales activity, pipeline, and progress records in the CRM system;
** Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs;
** Coordinating with partner brands and the internal team;
** Participating in client meetings, presentations, events, and business development activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales;
** Experience in the AEC sector is preferred;
** Strong communication and negotiation skills;
** Proven experience working with corporate clients;
** Ability to plan, manage, and execute the sales process;
** Commercial mindset and strong result orientation;
** Experience preparing presentations and commercial proposals;
** Excellent command of Georgian and English;
** Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage;
** Experience working with CRM systems will be considered an advantage;
** Knowledge of the AEC industry, BIM, Autodesk, Trimble/Tekla, or other professional software solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
