ProCredit Bank announces a vacancy for a position of Junior IT Security Officer

Responsibilities/Duties:
** To monitor organization`s cyber and information security daily by monitoring security tools (EDR/XDR, WAF, PAM).
** Initial analysis of security alerts and incidents
** Participation in log monitoring and analysis
** Support of endpoint security controls
** Assistance in vulnerability management processes
** Execution of security policies and procedures
** Collaboration with IT and other teams on security-related matters
** Participation in Incident Response processes with support from senior specialists
** Maintenance of security documentation
** Participates in IT project implementation processes (e.g. testing, development, release, updates) for ensuring existence of proper internal control mechanisms;
** Upon necessity to participate in IT security assessment, network assessment, etc.
** To participate in conducting and attending training in IT security.
** To be involved in daily information security assessment and support other departments.
** To keep him/herself informed about all relevant updates in corresponding local regulations and international standards.
Mandatory requirements:
** Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and its principles
** Basic understanding of networking technologies and TCP/IP
** Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
** Basic knowledge of OWASP Top 10
** Familiarity with SIEM/log analysis
** Understanding of IT systems (applications, cloud, network, databases)
** Knowledge of the English language at the level of minimum B1 according to CEFR.
** Good command of MS Office.
Following skills will be considered beneficial:
** University degree, preferably in IT technologies
** Work experience in IT security
** Exposure to EDR/XDR systems
** Basic knowledge of WAF/PAM technologies
** Basic knowledge of PowerShell / Bash / Python
** Security+ (CompTIA), CEH, or other relevant training/certifications
** Experience in working with SIEM and DLP solutions
