Theory Hotel and Dining - Theory Hotel is a boutique designer hotel in the center of Tbilisi, near Freedom Square and Old Tbilisi.
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Corporate Sales Manager.
Department: Administration
Reports to: Hotel Manager
General Requirements:
** Rates/revenue optimization
** Implements strategies to improve market penetration
** Analyses sales statistics to formulate profitability
** Reviews market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc.
** Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
** Negotiates with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying client needs
** Provides feedback to Hotel Manager on changing market conditions and trends in competition
** Coordinates special local activities with the Hotel Manager
** Creates and implements special programs to increase overall occupancy especially in slow periods
** Maintains accurate sales statistics and account records
** Promotional offers to be developed
** Fully representing the Hotel identity and carry the company image
Skills:
** Sociable, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
** Result oriented, enthusiastic, open-minded and active person;
** Strong organizational and time management skills;
** Team player;
** Knowledge of MS Office.
