One Point is seeking a Key Account & Business Performance Manager for one of its partner organizations, a logistics company.
The role is a high-impact analytical position focused on improving the operational, financial, and service performance of a strategic account. It involves working with complex data, identifying inefficiencies, and transforming insights into actionable recommendations that directly contribute to business performance and operational excellence.
This position is intended for professionals who enjoy working with data, solving real business problems, and improving end-to-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
** The role includes analyzing performance across operations, cost, service, and supply chain processes, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
** It involves conducting in-depth analysis of operational issues to determine the root causes of performance gaps.
** End-to-end processes are reviewed, and practical recommendations are developed to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize planning, inventory, and service levels.
** The role supports cost optimization initiatives through the analysis of cost drivers and identification of improvement opportunities.
** Regular and ad-hoc reports are prepared for management, translating complex data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
** The position acts as an analytical partner to management, supporting decision-making through structured analysis, scenario evaluation, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
** 3-7 years of experience in analytics, supply chain, finance, or operations
** Experience in FMCG, logistics, or distribution environments is an advantage
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
** High attention to detail and data accuracy
** Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
** Structured thinking and process-oriented approach
** Independent and proactive working style
** Advanced Excel is mandatory
** Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
** Understanding of supply chain and cost structures
** Financial analysis skills (costs, margins, variances)
** English language proficiency
