Sololaki Rise/Tabori Resorts is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Purchasing Manager.
Location: Tbilisi
Employment Type: Full-time
Project Duration: December 31, 2028
Key Responsibilities:
** Organizing and Implementing Purchasing Processes: Plan and manage purchasing tasks and processes correctly within the framework of the relevant project.
** Preparing Technical Assignments and Information: Organize the preparation of technical specifications and other information for purchasing team, management, various contractors, finance departments, and other interested parties, based on different needs.
** Organizing Surveys and Purchasing Activities: Organize various types of surveys and other purchasing-related activities involving relevant parties.
** Monitoring Purchasing Procedures: Monitor the working of purchasing procedures within the framework of the relevant project (deadlines, rules, involved parties, decision-making sequence, argumentation, etc.) and ensure the coordination of implementers` plans.
** Facilitating Proper Purchase Execution: Promote the correct execution of purchases within reasonable timeframes and cost-effective conditions, as per the relevant project.
** Providing Financial Information: Prepare and provide the necessary information for timely financial reporting (reports, presentations, charts, prepared material packages).
Qualifications:
** Higher Academic Education: A bachelor`s degree or equivalent.
** Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in purchasing.
** Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Georgian and English is required.
** Software Knowledge: Proficient in office software applications.
** Confidentiality: Obligation to maintain confidentiality.
