The role: Night Auditor
A Night Auditor is responsible for maintaining the hotel`s financial accuracy and integrity by managing end-of-day reports, verifying transactions, and identifying any discrepancies. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth overnight operations and accurate financial reporting.
You`ll be responsible for:
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
** Maintain professional financial standards across the hotel
** Review end-of-day takings against recorded reports
** Verify and edit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
** Investigate and resolve discrepancies between reports and actual takings
** Support and guide Night Managers in accurate system usage and reporting processes
** Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations

Experience & Skills
** Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
** Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
** Proficiency in computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel
** Understanding of finance operations within a hotel environment
** Excellent grooming and professional presentation
