We are looking for a Risk & Fraud Specialist who will play a key role in building and strengthening our risk framework and contributing to the brand`s successful development from the ground up.

Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.
We are looking for a Payments Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient payment operations and supporting the brand`s successful development from the ground up.
Main Responsibilities:
** Monitor daily payment processing performance (approval rates, declines, chargebacks, transaction flow).
** Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between PSP reports and internal systems.
** Identify and investigate discrepancies in settlements, balances, refunds, and chargebacks.
** Coordinate with Finance and PSPs to resolve reconciliation breaks.
** Communicate with PSPs regarding technical, operational, settlement, and compliance-related issues.
** Handle support requests and incidents via email, Jira, and Telegram in a timely and professional manner.
** Create, track, and resolve tickets in Jira, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
** Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Tech, Finance) to resolve payment-related issues.
** Analyze payment declines and suggest optimization strategies to improve approval rates.
** Monitor chargeback ratios and assist in implementing prevention measures.
** Assist in onboarding new PSPs and integrating payment solutions.
** Maintain accurate documentation of processes, reconciliation files, contacts, and escalation procedures.
** Ensure SLAs with PSPs are met and escalate critical operational or settlement issues when necessary.
Key Requirements:
** 1+ year of experience in Payments or iGaming
** Understanding of online payment methods, including bank cards, e-wallets, and payment providers
** Experience working with payment systems, PSPs, or financial platforms
** Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
** Ability to analyze transaction data and identify issues
** Experience with transaction monitoring and reconciliation is an advantage
** English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Working Conditions:
** On-site mode.
** Rotating shifts, including day, midday and night shifts.
