Levels Academy is a Cambridge partner modern English language center in Tbilisi with two locations and a growing community of students.
Our academy provides a wide range of courses, including General and Business English, conversation-focused classes, and preparation for international exams such as IELTS, FCE/CAE, and TOEFL.
English Language Academy - Levels is currently seeking qualified Georgian and native speaker teachers of English as a second language.
The candidates should be confident in teaching both adults and young learners across all proficiency levels, from Beginner to Advanced.
We offer two flexible payment models to suit your preferences: a Fixed Monthly Salary for consistent income or a Flexible Hourly Rate for those seeking a more adaptable schedule.
Option 1: Fixed Salary Employment
This model provides a stable, guaranteed income from September through May, with a transition to performance-based pay during the summer months.
Schedule: 8-hour workday (includes 6.5 hours of teaching)
Summer Period: Performance-based payment applies during June, July, and August.
Monthly Net Salary Tiers:
** 2 days/week (8 days/month): 1, 000-1, 200 GEL
** 3 days/week (12 days/month): 1, 500-1, 800 GEL
** 5 days/week (20 days/month): 2, 500-3, 000 GEL
Option 2: Flexible Hourly Schedule
For those who prefer a non-traditional schedule or variable hours, we offer an hourly compensation model.
** Rate: 20-35 GEL per hour (Net (take-home pay).
General Duties:
** Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to different age groups and levels
** Conducting both group and one-to-one lessons (individual)
** Preparing teaching materials and handouts
** Managing the classroom effectively
** Maintaining discipline
** Creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment
Qualification Requirements:
** Minimum 2 year of teaching experience
Required Skills:
** Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
** Good organizational and time management skills
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team
** Creative and positive teaching approach
