China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd. - Branch in Georgia is seeking a qualified and experienced Environmental Engineer to support the Stepantsminda-Gveleti Road Construction Project. The successful candidate will oversee environmental management processes, ensure compliance with Georgian regulations, and contribute to sustainable construction practices.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement environmental management plans, schemes, and related documentation
** Ensure compliance with Georgian environmental regulations and standards
** Identify environmental risks on construction sites and provide practical solutions
** Supervise and control environmental management processes on-site
** Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
** Valid Georgian Environmental Engineer qualification certificate
** Extensive experience in environmental management, preferably in construction projects
** Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements in Georgia
** Ability to prepare accurate and high-quality environmental documentation
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
** Excellent communication and coordination abilities
** High level of responsibility, dedication, and adherence to company policies
Working Conditions:
** Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00
** Weekend work (Saturday/Sunday), if required due to business needs or special circumstances, will be compensated at the standard daily rate
