We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.

We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie in Tbilisi to support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest culinary standards, consistent food quality, and an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities of the Chef De Partie include, but are not limited to:

** Oversee and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent preparation of high-quality dishes in line with established standards;
** Supervise, train, and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to procedures;
** Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to standard recipes, maintaining quality and consistency at all times;
** Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the assigned kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations;
** Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and special dietary requirements, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction;
** Collaborate closely with other kitchen sections and departments to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations;
** Stay informed about seasonal ingredients, new products, and culinary trends, sharing knowledge with the team;
** Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment, reporting any issues or potential hazards;
** Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and grooming and hygiene guidelines among kitchen team members;
** Support menu development by suggesting new dishes and alternatives aligned with guest expectations;
** Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations, and act proactively to prevent risks;

Qualifications:

** Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen environment;
** Culinary degree or relevant professional training in food preparation is preferred;
** Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards;
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and consistency;
** Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and supervise junior staff;
** Good organizational and time-management skills;
** Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
** Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences;
