We are looking for a Assistant Executive Housekeeper, who will Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving tasks. This role requires someone who takes pride in supporting daily housekeeping operations, pays close attention to detail, and contributes to a well-organized and efficient team.

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

** Ensures the hygiene and cleanliness of rooms and premises.
** Ensures the hygiene and cleanliness of hotel public area.
** Supervises the performance of maintenance work carried out in the suites in collaboration with the technical manager.
** Organizes the VIP services to be set up in the rooms in collaboration with our reception manager.
** Ensures the quality of the services and benefits offered to the client for his part.
** Ensures relations with external companies and the follow-up of the services provided by these companies.
** Implements and enforces the standards and procedures in place in the establishment.
** Informs his/her superiors of any "abnormal" situation concerning safety or accident risks.
** Daily monitoring of the subcontracting company Arcade level governesses.
** Management of linen orders related to the needs of the hotel and to have good relations with the supplier.
** Order of welcome products and room item according to consumption.
** VIP management in connection with the head of reception.
** Follow-up of the activity and needs in room typology (Tw and triple) with the head of reception.
** Participation in the control of 10% of daily free rooms clean and controlled by a housekeeper.
** Assist the general housekeeper in the implementation and follow-up of an audit per month formalized with the representative of the subcontracting company.
** Watch over reserves, pantries and lingerie storage level, cleanliness, hygiene.
** Control the invoicing at the end of the month in connection with the rooms made and follow-up of non-quality disputes.
** Check cleanliness of common areas.

Requirements:

** Previous experience in housekeeping operations or a similar role within the hospitality industry;
** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
** Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities;
** Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team;
** Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards;
** Good command of Georgian and English languages.
