We`re a fast-growing U.S.-based company building performance-driven marketing systems in a highly competitive space.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who will own the full cycle of social media content from idea generation to execution with a strong focus on AI-powered content thinking.
Role Overview:
This role combines creative strategy + hands-on production + editing. You will be responsible for generating engaging content ideas, coordinating shoots, and delivering high-performing short-form videos across platforms
Compensation & Work Format
** Monthly salary: $1, 000
** Hybrid model: 3 days in-office (Tbilisi/Lisi)/ 2 days remote
** Full-time position
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Ideation (AI-Driven)
** Generate weekly content ideas using AI tools (Nano banana, veo3, Heygen etc.)
** Identify trends and adapt them to the moving industry
** Develop creative concepts that are both engaging and conversion-driven.
2. Content Planning:
** Build weekly content calendars for:
** Facebook
** Instagram
** TikTok
** Ensure content aligns with brand tone and business goals
3. Production & Briefing:
** Create clear briefs for videographer / movers (what to shoot, angles, scenarios)
** Guide on storytelling, framing, and key moments to capture
** Ensure branding visibility in content.
4. Editing & Publishing:
** Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)
** Add captions, hooks, transitions, and trending sounds
** Optimize content per platform
** Upload and schedule posts
Avarage Content Volume / Workload:
** Facebook: 8 Reels per week
** Instagram: 2 Reels per week
** TikTok: 8 videos per week
** Approximately: 18 short-form videos weekly
Requirements:
** Experience creating viral or engaging short-form content
** Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook content trends
** Basic to intermediate video editing skills
** Ability to work with AI tools for content ideation
** Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
** Experience briefing or directing shoots is a plus
