We are looking for a highly active and field-oriented professional to represent our company in the Georgia market.
This is a field-based role that requires frequent market visits, store checks, distributor follow-ups, and regular on-ground reporting. This position is not office-based and requires daily presence in the market.
Position: Market Development Representative (Field-Based)
Location: Georgia
Key Responsibilities
** Conduct regular store checks and prepare reporting in checklist format
** Monitor product visibility, planogram compliance, and agreed shelf prices
** Provide photo reports from the market
** Closely work with distributors on their premises (office, warehouse, market)
** Follow up on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
** Identify gaps in execution and negotiate corrective actions with distributors
** Monitor the installation and efficiency of trade equipment in stores
** Control the implementation of trade marketing activities at the market level
** Analyze competitors, shelf prices, and marketing activities
** Conduct warehouse visits to monitor stock levels
** Participate in meetings with local retail chains together with distributors
** Search for new potential partners when required
** Prepare and submit regular market reports to the company
Requirements:
Experience:
** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, trade marketing, or distributor management
** Proven experience in conducting store checks, market visits, and field reporting
** Experience working closely with distributors and retail points
** Background in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods is a strong advantage
Skills:
** Strong field execution and market control skills
** Ability to analyze shelf presence, pricing, and competitor activities
** Solid reporting discipline (checklists, photo reports, market analysis)
** Negotiation and communication skills with distributors and retail partners
** Ability to identify market gaps and propose corrective actions
** Time management and self-organization in a field-based role
** Basic trade marketing understanding
** Good command of English or Russian (written and spoken)

** Comfortable working most of the time outside the office
** Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
** Independent worker with strong follow-up skills
Other:
** Valid driving license is an advantage
** Willingness to travel within the country frequently
