Join our German-based E-commerce team!
We are looking for a motivated and organized Purchasing Assistant to manage our inventory procurement and supplier relations. This is a part-time, remote position with fixed working hours.
Your Responsibilities:
** Order Management: Placing and tracking orders with international and local suppliers.
** Inventory Monitoring: Ensuring stock levels are maintained and notifying the team when re-ordering is necessary.
** Communication: Handling correspondence with suppliers regarding delivery dates, invoices, and product quality.
** Data Entry: Keeping our procurement systems up to date.
Requirements:
** Languages:
English: Good command (written and spoken) is required.
German: Good knowledge B1 or B2 level is a strong plus to understand product lists and local documents.
** Reliability: You must be available during the specified working hours.
** Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a structured way of working.
** Experience: Previous experience in E-commerce or purchasing is a bonus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Working Conditions:
** Salary: €7 per hour.
** Workload: 8 hours per week.
** Schedule: Fixed hours - Tuesdays and Thursdays (4 hours each day).
** Location: Fully Remote.
