You own the Red Bull brand in Georgia. You drive awareness and consumption through sharp consumer insights, premium creative execution, and a media plan that works across every channel.

You make Red Bull feel local, relevant, and unmistakably Red Bull.

Responsibilities:

Brand management:

** Ensure premium corporate identity execution across all consumer touchpoints.
** Deliver the brand portion of the annual business plan and own all brand KPIs.
** Manage the full product portfolio including limited editions and new launches.

Advertising & creative:

** Develop the local advertising plan across TV, OOH and digital with locally relevant ideas and creative concepts.
** Own paid media planning and buying; manage the media agency for best value output.
** Manage creative, media and production agencies to deliver world-class work.

Events & trade:

** Select and quality-control all print materials for events; build activation kits for creator projects.
** Execute trade activations in line with brand guidelines together with sales and trade marketing.

Insights & research:

** Translate consumer data into clear, actionable insights focused on TOM awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption.
** Monitor brand perception, especially among younger audiences.
** Lead trial and awareness studies and track consumption trends.

The Kind of Person We`re Looking For:

** 5+ years in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG
** 360° media expertise
** Strong agency management (creative, media, production)
** Insight-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
** Solid foundation across brand, media, and trade
