Analytics & Reporting Manager - After-Sales Department
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven professional who will be responsible for designing, building, and managing reporting and analytics related to the company`s sales portfolio and after-sales processes. The role will focus on supporting effective decision-making and driving improved business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
** Prepare reports for management and various departments (customer information, payments, outstanding balances, etc.)
** Ensure accurate data flow between internal files and Bitrix24
** Develop, maintain, and continuously improve regular and ad hoc reports on portfolio status, payments, receivables, and overall performance
** Enhance the analytical and reporting capabilities within Bitrix24 to support management decision-making
** Support data integration and automation within Bitrix24
** Identify and resolve inconsistencies, gaps, and inefficiencies in data and processes
** Manage daily payment allocation and ensure accurate reflection of transactions across client portfolios
** Contribute to defining reporting standards, documentation, and data quality control procedures
** Provide analysis and recommendations to management and other departments to improve reporting processes
** Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
** Communicate with clients when necessary to verify and ensure data accuracy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree (preferably in a technical or finance-related field)
** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reporting or analytics
** Proficiency in Georgian and English (Russian at a conversational level is a plus)
** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
** Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear, flexible, and insightful reports
** Experience working with large datasets and building reporting models
** Experience in preparing management reports
** Strong communication skills in Georgian and English when interacting with clients
** Experience with Power Query / Power Pivot is an advantage
** Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24) is an advantage
