Position Overview:
This role at Fitpass Georgia is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes. It involves reconciling accounting records, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
The position also supports audit processes, maintains data systems and dashboards, and ensures consistency across financial tools. Through financial analysis, the role provides insights that support informed business decisions.
What you`ll do:
** Review and reconcile accounting entries, ensuring accuracy by cross-checking with multiple data sources.
** Participate in the preparation of regular financial reports, including budgets and forecasts, for internal teams and external stakeholders.
** Support and oversee the financial audit process by coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely delivery of required documentation.
** Build, automate, and maintain shared databases and dashboards to support cross-functional teams.
** Ensure data integrity, consistency, and relevance across all financial systems and reporting tools.
** Conduct financial analysis to generate insights and support strategic business decision-making.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
** 2-5+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or a similar role.
** Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.
** Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
** Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
** Experience working with databases and data automation tools is highly desirable.
** Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
** Experience collaborating with auditors or supporting audit processes is a plus.
The hiring process will consist of three stages:
** An Excel test to assess technical skills
** An HR interview
** A meeting with the position`s manager
