Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: 1300 GEL
Working Hours: Shift-based schedule (5 working days / 2 days off)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Assistant.
Your Responsibilities Include:
** Supporting operations within the 1C software system under the guidance of the Stock Keeper;
** Assisting in receiving and processing incoming goods;
** Supporting the Stock Keeper in receiving goods from carriers and preparing the necessary documentation;
** Assisting in preparing reports for the logistics department upon receipt of goods;
** Supporting the Stock Keeper in preparing data for claims related to under-delivery or substandard goods;
** Assisting in monitoring compliance with storage rules and preparing goods for sale;
** Assisting in checking goods against purchase documents and preparing reports in case of discrepancies;
** Participating in stocktaking and inventory procedures as required;
** Supporting the labeling and sorting of goods as directed by the Stock Keeper;
** Assisting in sorting and checking used price tags (labels) for future use;
** Assisting in collecting and preparing orders for the online store;
** Supporting the collection of assorted goods from the storage warehouse for online orders.
Your Expertise:
** High school diploma or equivalent;
** Additional education or training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred;
** Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is an advantage, but not mandatory;
** Familiarity with inventory management software, preferably 1C, is a plus;
** Ability to quickly learn and use inventory management software;
** Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
