Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.

Currently, Solvero Group brings together five companies: Esoterica Games, Invoo, Invoo Pay, Invoo Chain and OxiOps.

Invoo Pay is a payment service provider (PSP) licensed by the National Bank of Georgia, while Invoo Chain operates as a virtual asset service provider (VASP).

We are looking for an experienced Legal and Compliance Specialist to support both Invoo Pay and Invoo Chain, who will ensure legal compliance across companies, manage regulatory relationships, and oversee contractual matters. This is a fully on-site position based in Tbilisi.

What you`ll do:

** Monitoring and managing reporting to the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), including preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
** Handling official correspondence with the National Bank and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
** Continuously monitoring legislative changes and preparing internal briefings for management.
** Drafting, reviewing, amending, and updating contracts with vendors and merchants.
** Managing PSP-related legal documentation, including client agreements, terms & conditions, and disclosures.
** Ensuring compliance with VASP licensing requirements and providing legal support for AML/CFT policies.
** Handling corporate legal matters, including UBO structures, board resolutions, and internal policies.
** Advising management on legal and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in law; LL.M. or a Master`s degree in Financial/Commercial Law is a strong advantage.
** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PSP, VASP, EMI, banking, or fintech sectors.
** Solid knowledge of the regulatory framework and reporting requirements for PSP/VASP set by the National Bank of Georgia.
** Strong understanding of AML/CFT legislation (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing).
** Practical experience in contract law (drafting, reviewing, negotiating agreements).
** Fluent in Georgian and English (minimum B2, sufficient for professional communication).
