Vacancy: Local Procurement Specialist
Company: Stainless
Location: Rustavi, Javakhishvili St. N9
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
** Organizing and managing procurement from local suppliers
** Searching for new suppliers and conducting negotiations
** Comparing commercial offers and performing price analysis
** Preparing and placing purchase orders with suppliers
** Monitoring delivery deadlines and the quality of purchased materials
** Working in the ERP system (creating and managing purchase orders)
** Coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics departments
** Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of materials
** Maintaining procurement documentation.
Requirements:
** 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
** Strong negotiation skills with suppliers
** Proficiency in Excel
** Experience working with ERP systems (preferably 1C or similar)
** Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
** Ability to work in a dynamic environment
** Working knowledge of Russian and English languages.
