We are expanding our team and currently looking for an Operator-Cashier to join us at Tbilisi International Airport. This is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals interested in finance, customer service, or the crypto industry.
Job title: Operator-Cashier
Responsibilities/Duties:
** Provide customer service both in-office and online, including consultations, handling requests and supporting transactions
** Perform currency and cryptocurrency exchange operations in accordance with company policies
** Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently
** Handle cash operations, including receiving, counting and controlling funds
** Verify banknotes using specialized equipment
** Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
** Apply discounts, promotions and bonus programs when required
** Ensure confidentiality of customer data and comply with internal security standards
** Communicate professionally with customers and assist in resolving inquiries
Requirements:
** University student or graduate in Finance, Business or a related field
** Previous experience in banking, retail or customer service is an advantage
** Working proficiency in English and Russian
** Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
Working Conditions:
** Working schedule: 2/2 (15 working days per month)
** Working Place: Tbilisi International Airport
** Salary: 2000 Gel/Net
