Aptos team is looking for International Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage and develop assigned international markets and distributors;
** Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth;
** Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders;
** Monitor market performance and identify new business opportunities;
** Support and ensure execution of trainings, events, and marketing activities;
** Analyze competitors and market trends (Field visits);
** Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Training, Logistics, Regulatory, etc.);
** Prepare reports, forecasts, and business plans;
** Ensure alignment with company strategy and brand positioning.
Requirements:
** Higher education;
** Background in corporate sales, business operations, or market development is an advantage;
** Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills;
** Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments and cultures;
** Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Job type/working hours: Full time position. Working days and hours are Monday-Friday, from 09:30 to 18:00. Office-based.
Other Duties: Other tasks per company request, e/g/ support in presentation preparations, marketing documentation preparations and etc.
