Qspeed Robotics is a company based in Lilo, executing industrial projects for machines and providing workshop services for local clients` needs.
We import components from multiple countries and export machines to multiple countries. We use SAP B1 (ERP) to handle all our accounting and finance transactions.
The company is looking for an experienced accounting executive, fluent in English, with extensive experience interacting with the RS.ge portal.
Key Responsibilities:
** Handle accounting transactions;
** Payment Processing: Prepare and execute domestic and international payment orders via electronic banking systems;
** Execute core accounting functions within SAP, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets;
** Month-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring all journal entries and reconciliations are posted accurately within the SAP environment;
** Monthly Declarations: Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Pension, and Profit Tax) via the rs.ge portal;
** Waybill & Invoice Management: Oversee the issuance and synchronization of electronic tax invoices and waybills between SAP and the Revenue Service;
** Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
** Compliance & Audit: Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, pulling necessary reports and documentation directly from SAP;
** Manage multi-currency transactions and ensure exchange rate gains/losses are recorded correctly within SAP;
** Tax Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations between the company`s internal SAP
balances and the unified tax card on rs.ge to ensure zero discrepancies;
** Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in the Georgian Tax Code to ensure all rs.ge submissions remain compliant with local law.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
** University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
** A good master of the English language (Primary working language is English);
** Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience;
** Technical Expertise: * Must have hands-on experience with SAP;
** Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modelling);
** Attention to Detail: A "eagle-eye" for discrepancies and a commitment to data hygiene;
** Analytical Thinking: The ability to translate complex data into actionable financial insights.
