Job title: Technical Solution Manager (Solar PV SA)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

We are looking forward for an experienced Solution Manager with an extensive Knowledge and Experience in Solar PV System and energy saving solution to support the sales team with technical solutions and become a trusted technical advisor to the customer.

Responsibilities/Duties:

** Responsible for Residential / C&I PV products and solutions, delivering solution value to customer. Duties include building-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.
** Understand customer requirements, identify customer pain points related to products, and develop targeted strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements.
** Identify, qualify and close customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals.
** Product planning, analyze technical demand/Product function/License.
** Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge.
** Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation.
** As the communicator of the value of the client smart PV plant solution, plan value presentation, technical exchanges, and special branding activities to guide customers to accept clients smart PV solution.

Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, ICT or a related field.
** Ability to build partnerships, plan and execute marketing activities, and manage channel transactions.
** Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter technology.
** Familiar with PV system design, including sizing of the PV strings, equipment selection, cable sizing, system optimization.
** Basic knowledge of BESS solutions.
** Knowledge of PV inverter technology, e.g. MPPT, LVRT, etc.
** Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to achieve shared objectives.
** Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively, ensuring the smooth execution of partner operations.
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
** Able to take business trips in local and foreign countries.

Working Conditions:

** Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00,
** Working Place: Vazha-Pshavela Avenue #71, Redix Business Center;
