Legal vacancy: background and job description:
Paine Stevens is a law firm based in Tbilisi, practising English law with its focus on cross-border transactions in the Caucasus, Central Asia and Turkey, involving finance, corporate and commercial matters.
We are now seeking candidates for a salaried full-time internship. The successful candidate will be assisting in the office as a paralegal, undertaking general office duties and researching Georgian and English law issues.
A candidate should have:
** completed four years of an undergraduate law degree;
** excellent English (written and spoken); and
** the ability to multi-task.
While Russian language is not required, some working proficiency would be an advantage.
