About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized International Procurement Manager to oversee the full procurement cycle for our manufacturing needs. This role is central to our production efficiency, requiring a professional who can manage everything from global vendor relations and strategic sourcing to the technical administration of product specifications and materials planning (BOM).

Key Responsibilities

** End-to-End Procurement Management: Manage the full cycle of the purchasing process based on production requirements.
** Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Relations: Identify new international suppliers, conduct negotiations, and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date vendor database.
** Supply Chain Monitoring: Communicate with existing suppliers to negotiate terms, monitor pricing, and ensure the timely delivery of products.
** Logistics Oversight: Manage and monitor the full cycle of international transportation to ensure materials reach the facility as scheduled.
** Materials Planning & Control (BOM): Calculate and define requirements for primary raw materials (Copper, Aluminum, PVC etc.); manage indirect consumables and coordinate test samples.
** Data Administration: Enter product specifications, technical characteristics, and other data into the system; create and maintain nomenclature.
** Production Alignment: Calculate Bill of Materials (BOM) for production items, compare them with physical production data, and update the system with real-time information.
** Quality & Compliance: Notify suppliers regarding defective products or documentation errors; ensure all procurement-related documentation is accurately maintained.
** Internal Coordination: Provide timely information regarding received goods to relevant departments and perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications

** Experience: 4+ years of experience in International Procurement, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing sector.
** Education: Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
** Technical Skills: Expertise in international trade terms (Incoterms) and proficiency in ERP systems.
** Languages: English: Excellent command (written and verbal) is mandatory. Russian: Proficiency will be considered a significant advantage.

Working Conditions & Benefits

** Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
** Compensation: Competitive salary, based on the candidate`s qualifications and professional experience.
** Location: Kvemo Alekseevka, Tbilisi (near the Airport area).
** Transportation: Corporate transportation is provided by the company from the Upper side of Samgori Metro Station.
** Meals: Complimentary meals (lunch) provided by the company.
** Health Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance coverage is provided after a 3-month probation period.
