We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.

We are looking for a Storekeeper/Receiving Clerk to ensure the efficient, accurate management of all goods in the hotel`s supply chain. The role focuses on proper receiving, storage, and inventory control while supporting the Supply Department and maintaining high hotel standards

Key responsibilities of the Storekeeper / Receiving Clerk include, but are not limited to:

** Ensure all goods are stored in optimal conditions and ready for delivery;
** Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic storage areas;
** Receive, check, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and specifications;
** Record shortages, product codes, units, and minimum/maximum stock levels;
** Ensure accurate and complete issuance of goods according to internal requisitions;
** Support inventory management by maintaining computer records and assisting in monthly/quarterly stock counts;
** Follow operational standards, internal control policies, and health & safety procedures;
** Assist Purchasing team with special projects or emergency orders;
** Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local legislation;
** Ensure adherence to departmental procedures;

Qualifications:

** Previous experience in warehousing, inventory, or hotel supply operations is preferred;
** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
** Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and cost management;
** Knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures;
** Proficiency in MS Office;
** Fluency in Georgian and English at a communicative level;
