Key Responsibilities:

Information Management:

** Collecting and processing information through phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.

Administration:

** Maintaining and updating the task list in Excel and monitoring deadlines.
Documentation:
** Basic editing of contracts, filling in company details, and preparing standard legal forms.

Consulting Support:

** Providing prompt assistance to company employees on current organizational and legal matters.

Assignments:

** Handling occasional external tasks or errands when required.

Professional Development:

** Gradual training in drafting and further development of more complex contracts.

Candidate Requirements

Languages (required):

** Georgian — fluent (excellent written and spoken communication skills)
** Russian — fluent (excellent written and spoken communication skills)

Languages (preferred):

** English — knowledge will be considered a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

** Confident PC user, basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Personal Qualities:

** Attention to detail, diligence, strong self-organization, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Conditions:

Work Format: Office-based.

Compensation:

Piece-rate or hourly payment (to be discussed individually).
Work Schedule Options: Full-time: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours) Part-time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (5 hours)
