1. Senior Crawler Crane Operator (1, 000t Project) - Gori
Job Requirements:
** Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operating large-scale crawler cranes.
** Certification: Must possess a valid Crane Operator License/Certificate.
** Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory for on-site communication and safety coordination.
** Location: Based on-site in Gori.
** Salary: Negotiable based on experience; highly competitive package for top-tier candidates.
2. Project Management Assistant (Wind Power Infrastructure) - Gori
Job Requirements:
** Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in engineering or heavy infrastructure projects.
** Language: Fluent in English and Georgian. (No Russian required).
** Skills: Strong coordination of site logistics, equipment maintenance scheduling, and documentation.
** Character: A "can-do" attitude, problem-solving skills for on-site challenges, and result-oriented.
** Salary: Negotiable.
3. Construction Team: Riggers, Slingers & High-Altitude Workers (Gori)
Job Requirements:
** Professional Skills: Proven experience in rigging, slinging, and handling lifting gear; familiarity with crane communication signals.
** Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent health and capable of working in outdoor wind farm environments; no fear of heights for high-altitude positions.
** Work Ethic: Strong commitment to safety regulations and the ability to strictly follow technical instructions from the Chinese engineering team.
** Language: Basic understanding of English is preferred but not mandatory; ability to work through site translators.
** Advantage: Candidates with specialized certifications or prior experience in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects will be prioritized.
