Role Overview:
We`re looking for top-performing Sales specialists — real closers — to sell cybersecurity app licenses, memberships, and remote technical support services to US customers. This is a results-driven, high-impact role for professionals with proven experience in Customer service, SaaS, cybersecurity, or US B2C markets.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (onsite)
Working Hours: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Night shift)
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
What You`ll Do:
** Make outbound/inbound calls to potential US and EU customers.
** Present CyberNoble365 services persuasively and confidently.
** Handle objections effectively and close deals consistently using approved scripts and techniques.
** Log all calls and interactions in the CRM accurately.
** Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Trainer to refine scripts and optimize sales tactics.
** Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
** Participate in ongoing coaching and performance analysis to sharpen selling skills.
What You Bring:
** Proven working experience in Customer service, SaaS, cybersecurity, or US B2C markets.
** English -Fluent or C1 level or higher (verbal and written) is essential.
** Results-driven and competitive mindset.
** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented sales environment.
** Comfortable using CRM systems and following structured sales processes.
