We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of Art Riverfront Hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.

As we prepare to launch this exciting new destination, we are building a passionate and forward-thinking team who will help shape the hotel`s identity from the very beginning. We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join the pre-opening team.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

** Lead the development and execution of the company`s overarching commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sustainable revenue growth.
** Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting tourism operators, corporate clients, and government institutions, strengthening the company`s market positioning across key segments.
** Spearhead high-level commercial negotiations with strategic partners, leading contract structuring, terms optimization, and successful agreement execution.
** Oversee market intelligence initiatives, conducting in-depth research and competitive analysis while establishing robust reporting frameworks for executive management.
** Develop and execute strategic concepts for company-initiated events, assuming full accountability for planning, commercial outcomes, and operational excellence.
** Identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B opportunities, expanding the company`s client portfolio and strategic partnerships.
** Lead proactive business development initiatives, including targeted outreach and high-level prospect engagement.
** Cultivate and maintain long-term executive-level client relationships, driving customer loyalty, retention, and account growth.
** Oversee end-to-end pipeline management, ensuring disciplined execution from lead generation through contract closure.
** Leverage sales analytics and performance insights to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
** Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts, translating data into actionable growth strategies.
** Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
** Consistently achieve and exceed defined revenue targets, contributing to overall organizational profitability and growth.

Qualifications:

** Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and strategic business development.
** 3+ years of experience in an executive or team lead position is highly desirable.
** Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies and driving revenue growth.
** Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex commercial agreements.
** Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
** Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
** Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
** Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
** Fluency in Georgian and English languages;
