Under the ENPARD IV programme, FAO is launching a matching grant project to support hazelnut producers with food safety related equipment. To do so, FAO is looking to pre-select equipment suppliers from which beneficiaries will have to purchase from.
Specifically, FAO is looking to identify suppliers for: Hazelnut dryers, complementary conveyor belts and/or vertical elevators, moisture analyzers, destoners and hazelnut cleaning tables.
The selected suppliers will be required to agree with the following payment terms: Following the signature of a grant agreement with FAO, the beneficiary will pay 30% of the total amount to the supplier. The supplier will then deliver the equipment to the beneficiary and confirm the delivery to FAO. FAO will then pay the 70% remaining balance to the supplier. All submitted offers must include prices in GEL and a price guarantee valid for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of submission. Suppliers must ensure that prices remain fixed and will not be subject to change during this period, regardless of market fluctuations or currency changes.

Suppliers can bid for one or more of the items in the documents attached. Suppliers that applied and were selected in the previous calls for expression of interest can apply again.
Incomplete bids will not be considered.
