Zorba and Bond Boutique Hotel is seeking a professional Front Desk Executive to join our team. The role includes front desk operations, guest service, reservations, CRM management, and administrative support to the management team.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-time, Shift-based
Responsibilities:
** Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
** Manage reservations and update the CRM system.
** Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
** Support administrative staff with daily tasks.
** Maintain accurate records and reports.
** Ensure a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements:
** Previous experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support preferred.
** Fluent English (mandatory).
** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/booking systems.
** Ability to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays.
** Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
** Friendly and professional attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
** 1500 GEL per month + commissions
