We are proud to announce the upcoming opening of our first hotel in Tbilisi, scheduled for Summer 2026. The property will feature 152 guest rooms, all day dining Restaurant, Bar, Terrace, Conference facilities and Gym designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality experience in Tbilisi.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to support front-of-house operations, uphold guest experience standards, and assist with pre-opening readiness, working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth hotel launch and exceptional service delivery from day one.

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Front Office Manager include, but are not limited to:

** Supporting the daily operations of the Front Office to ensure efficient, professional, and guest-focused service delivery.
** Assisting in supervising Front Office staff and ensuring compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures.
** Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
** Assisting in welcoming and managing VIP and long-stay guests to ensure personalized service.
** Monitoring check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
** Supporting the maintenance of accurate guest records, profiles, and departmental documentation.
** Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
** Assisting in controlling room inventory, key management, and departmental supplies.
** Supporting departmental budgeting, cost control, and productivity initiatives.
** Assisting in recruiting, training, coaching, and developing Front Office team members to maintain high performance standards.
** Ensuring staff adherence to grooming standards, punctuality, and professional conduct.
** Supporting scheduling, shift planning, and duty roster management in line with operational needs.
** Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security procedures, including emergency protocols.
** Assisting with pre-opening preparations, operational readiness, and implementation of hotel standards and procedures.
** Contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining effective communication across departments.

Qualifications:

** 2-3 years of experience in Front Office operations on the similar/same position within the hospitality industry, preferably in an international hotel environment.
** Bachelor`s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
** Good operational knowledge of Front Office procedures, guest service standards, and hotel operations; experience with PMS Opera Cloud is an advantage.
** Strong supervisory and team support skills, with the ability to assist in staff training and performance development.
** Guest-focused mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
** Good understanding of the guest journey and front-of-house service delivery standards.
** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
** Fluency in Georgian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
