Role Overview:
We`re looking for Tech Support specialist to provide fast, reliable, and professional technical support to US and EU customers. This role is customer-facing, hands-on, and requires strong problem-solving skills.
You`ll help clients secure their devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth experience with CyberNoble365 services.
What You`ll Do:
** Provide remote support for mobile devices, computers, and cybersecurity apps.
** Troubleshoot technical issues using company protocols and remote tools.
** Guide customers through problem resolution clearly and professionally in English.
** Log and track all support interactions in the CRM accurately.
** Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
** Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the IT and Product teams.
** Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
What You Bring:
** Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting for end-users.
** English C1 level or higher (verbal and written) is essential.
** Knowledge of cybersecurity, mobile devices, or computer systems is a plus.
** Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
** Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
