Instagram Management Specialist (Remote)
Full-Time Independent Contractor | English-Speaking Role | Multi-Account Creator Management
We`re hiring an Instagram Management Specialist to manage 6-8 creator Instagram accounts end-to-end, with a strong focus on daily posting execution and structured account operations.
This is a full-time independent contractor role requiring strong English communication skills and consistent availability. You will invoice the company and manage your own taxes.
We`re looking for someone highly organized, trend-aware, and operationally disciplined — someone who runs accounts like a system, not a hobby.
What You`ll Do Daily Posting (Primary Focus)
** Publish Reels, posts, and Stories consistently across 6-8 accounts
** Follow each creator`s content strategy and brand guidelines
** Ensure zero missed posting deadlines
Account Operations
** Write and format captions
** Select hashtags/keywords
** Choose covers, music, tags, and locations
** Ensure correct 9:16 formatting and platform optimization
** Prepare posts for maximum reach and clean presentation .
Content Calendar Management :
** Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars
** Ensure content pipelines stay full and organized
** Track upcoming posts and execution timelines.
Visual & Brand Consistency
** Maintain cohesive grid aesthetics
** Ensure consistent covers, highlights, and Story styling
** Protect each creator`s brand tone and positioning
Trends & Performance
** Monitor Instagram trends (audio, formats, hooks, editing styles)
** Translate trends into fast, executable content ideas
** Track key performance metrics (views, retention signals, saves, shares, follower growth)
** Flag what`s working and recommend practical improvements
Coordination
** Collaborate with marketing and content teams
** Coordinate with creators to collect assets and clarify priorities
** Execute reliably and on time
What We`re Looking For
** Strong operational discipline — able to manage 6-8 accounts without things slipping
** Deep familiarity with Instagram publishing (Reels, Stories, Collabs, tagging, formatting best practices)
** Strong attention to detail (covers, cropping, captions, formatting, branding)
** Fluent English (written and spoken) — required
** Clear, fast communicator in a remote environment (Slack, Telegram, Notion, Drive)
** Comfortable with repetitive execution while continuously improving systems Full-time availability
Nice to Have
** Experience managing multiple creator or brand accounts
** Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere) for minor fixes (covers, trims, subtitles)
** Familiarity with analytics and content planning tools (Notion, Airtable, Sheets, Meta Business Suite, Later)
