AI Content Specialist (Remote)
Full-Time Independent Contractor | English-Speaking Role | Social Media Production
We`re looking for an AI Content Specialist who can produce high-quality AI photos and videos using ComfyUI. You`ll work closely with our Marketing Managers to turn storylines and creative briefs into scroll-stopping short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
This is a full-time contractor role requiring strong English communication skills and consistent availability. You will invoice the company and manage your own taxes.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, fast-learning, and excited about building repeatable AI workflows that consistently deliver strong results.
What You`ll Do
** Create AI photo and video assets in ComfyUI (or similar software) based on briefs, storylines, and visual references
** Collaborate with Marketing Managers to translate story concepts into clear visual direction (mood, framing, style, pacing, deliverables)
** Build and refine customized ComfyUI workflows (nodes, pipelines, presets, reusable templates)
** Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance needs (multiple variations, A/B-ready outputs)
** Maintain well-organized project files: prompts, seeds, models, workflow versions, and output folders
** Ensure platform-ready formatting (9:16, Shorts/Reels specs) and high visual quality (consistency, realism/stylization accuracy, artifact reduction)
** Stay up to date with new models, nodes, and techniques — and integrate improvements into workflows.
What We`re Looking For
** Strong interest in AI-generated content and ability to learn fast
** Comfortable working in ComfyUI (or motivated to become highly proficient quickly)
** Strong visual judgment: composition, lighting, realism, aesthetics, consistency
** Process-oriented mindset — able to document workflows and make them repeatable
** Fluent English (written and spoken) — required
** Reliable, responsive, and deadline-oriented
** Full-time availability .
Nice to Have:
** Familiarity with SDXL, Flux, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, LoRAs, upscalers, video pipelines, or face consistency workflows
** Experience creating TikTok / Reels / Shorts content (professional or personal)
** Basic understanding of short-form storytelling (hooks, pacing, retention mechanics)
Hiring Process :
We care about output quality and learning speed more than formal experience.
** Qualification Task (Round 1): Create a short set of AI images and/or video based on a creative brief
** Interview (Round 2): 20-40 minute English call (workflow thinking, collaboration, creative judgment)
** Final Task (Round 3): Advanced production task to test iteration speed and consistency.
