"Evolvexe" is hiring English-speaking Technical Support Advisor to work on an international project.
A Technical Support Advisor will act as a liaison, providing information on products and services, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise with customer products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. To excel in this role, the advisor must remain calm and professional in all situations and possess strong computer skills. The advisor should have a high level of proficiency in both spoken and written English. IT or technical education or work experience will be considered an advantage. The service will be provided from our office in Kutaisi.
Responsibilities:
** Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;
** Providing comprehensive advice and clarification of customer queries;
** Communicating with the Supervisor, providing updates and receiving feedback.
Requirements:
** Proficiency (C1) in both spoken and written English;
** Strong computer skills and excellent typing abilities;
** Ability to work flexible shifts.
