We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join the ELEHEAR Georgia team and own creative strategy across key international markets. In this role, you will develop high-performing angles, hooks, offers, and concepts for paid and organic channels, build a structured testing roadmap, and help ensure every touchpoint in the funnel tells one consistent story. You will work closely with our Advertising Specialist, Designer, and Email Specialist.

Responsibilities:
** Owns creative strategy for paid social, search, email and organic social
** Develops angles, hooks, offers and concepts based on data, customer insights and competitor research
** Builds and maintains a testing roadmap (e.g., which hooks, formats and landing pages to test each week)
** Works directly with Ad Specialist, Designer and Email Specialist to ensure one consistent funnel narrative from ad → landing page → checkout
Requirements:
** 1+ years of experience in a Creative Strategist / Content Strategist / Growth Creative role (performance-focused experience is a strong plus)
** Strong understanding of funnels, positioning, offers, hooks and testing methodology
** Ability to translate data + customer insights into clear creative concepts and briefs
** Strong collaboration skills (working daily with ads, design, and email teams)
** Comfortable working with KPIs and results-driven iterations (CTR, CVR, CAC/ROAS impact, etc.)
** Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
** Proficient in English for professional communication (C1)

Working Hours, Salary and Location:

** Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
