We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the ELEHEAR Georgia team and help us create high-performing visuals for international markets. In this role, you will design ad creatives for Meta and Google, support email and website visuals, and collaborate closely with our performance, creative, and web teams to produce on-brand assets that drive results. Responsibilities:
** Create all visual assets for Meta and Google Ads
** Design email templates and flows in line with the brand, using a mobile-first approach
** Support website and landing page design for new markets, promotions, and A/B tests
** Collaborate closely with the Web Developer to turn wireframes into high-converting designs
Requirements:
** Experience in graphic design (preferably in performance/marketing)
** Strong visual taste and solid knowledge of composition, typography, and branding
** Experience creating ad creatives (Meta/Google formats)
** At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, ideally in performance marketing/eCommerce and creating ad creatives for Meta and Google
** Experience designing emails (templates/flows)
** Basic UI/UX knowledge and the ability to work on website/landing page design
** Good knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) or similar
** A portfolio with completed work (preferably including ads, emails, and landing pages)
** Proficient in English for professional communication (C1)
