Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Tourism Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, developing travel packages, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop, manage, and sell inbound travel packages, tours, and activities.
** Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers (transportation, hotels, guides, venues, event companies).
** Oversee daily operations, including booking management and customer support.
** Manage contracts, pricing, and negotiations with suppliers.
** Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
** Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to promote destinations and packages.
** Handle group travel logistics, VIP clients, and customized itineraries.
** Track KPIs and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
** Proven experience in inbound tourism, travel agency, or DMC operations (minimum 2-3 years in a managerial role preferred).
** Strong knowledge of Georgia as destinations, culture, and attractions.
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
** Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
** Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
** Familiarity with travel CRM systems and booking platforms is an advantage.
