We are looking for a results-oriented leader who will manage and expand the recruitment and enrollment of international students to our college in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement international student recruitment strategies;
** Manage the full admissions cycle (inquiry, application, evaluation, offer, enrollment);
** Represent the college at international education fairs and online recruitment events;
** Ensure compliance with Georgian education regulations;
** Monitor admission targets and prepare performance reports;
** Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support enrollment growth;
** Provide leadership and supervision to the admissions team.
Requirements:
** Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international admissions or student recruitment.
** Strong knowledge of international education systems.
** Experience working with CRM/admissions platforms.
** Excellent leadership and communication skills.
** Strong negotiation and partnership-building abilities.
** Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
** Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, Georgia.
