Vacancy: Senior Architect
Duties:
** Develop preliminary design studies;
** Contribute to architectural concept creation;
** Develop detailed BIM models using Revit, fully aligned with the architectural concept;
** Coordinate with visualization artists to ensure visualizations precisely align with the architectural concept;
** Select materials, finishes, and products to support the architectural concept;
** Coordinate and supervise the preparation of construction documentation;
** Manage and lead the architectural team.
Necessary requirements:
** Revit - perfect knowledge;
** Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a similar position;
** Communication with relevant authorities to obtain construction permits;
Salary: Fixed salary of GEL 6 000 + performance-based bonus system.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 18:00
I Phase - Interview the candidates
II Phase - Test project
Candidates will undergo a compensated trial period
