ProfitKey Properties is a premium real estate investment consultancy focused on high-quality projects, long-term value, and professional advisory services.
We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated, responsible, and growth-oriented Sales Manager/Investment Advisor to work with local and international clients.
Location: Batumi / Georgia
This role is not about "pushing sales."
It is about building trust, understanding client goals, and offering the right investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
** Consulting clients on real estate investment opportunities in Batumi and Georgia
** Understanding client needs, budget, and long-term goals
** Presenting and explaining projects, payment plans, ROI, and risks
** Managing leads from CRM, website, social media, and partners
** Conducting property presentations and site visits
** Preparing personalized offers and follow-ups
** Supporting clients through the full purchase process (from first contact to registration)
** Building long-term relationships and repeat business
** Maintaining professional communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls
** Working closely with developers, lawyers, and management companies
Requirements:
** Experience in real estate sales, investment consulting, or high-value sales (preferred)
** Strong communication and negotiation skills
** Fluent English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
** Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
** High level of responsibility and discipline
** Client-oriented mindset (not aggressive sales)
** Willingness to learn and grow professionally
** Confident use of digital tools (CRM, messaging apps, documents)
