Petra Group is on a mission to redefine the hospitality industry in Georgia. Our flagship project, Petra Sea Resort, is a landmark development covering over 20 hectares on the Black Sea coast — combining international branded hotels, luxury residences, and recreational facilities.
We are currently seeking a Russian-speaking Sales Manager to join our Tbilisi office and contribute to the success of this visionary project.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
** Sell residential and hospitality units of Petra Sea Resort
** Manage client communication, inquiries, and site presentations
** Build and maintain long-term client relationships
** Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with the team
** Represent Petra Group at sales events and meetings
Requirements:
** Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate / hospitality is an advantage)
** Fluent Russian and English are mandatory
** Georgian language is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage
** Strong communication and negotiation skills
** Motivated, reliable, and result-oriented
